The automation of current-carrying and signalling components in automobiles is a focal point of the M.A.i portfolio. Special requirements to the technical cleanliness with the plant design are considered here just like all process desires of our customers.
We have implemented hundreds of automation solutions for assemblies in the engine compartment, in electrical engineering, in the interior/exterior areas and in various areas of the vehicle interior and the vehicle body.
We integrate product carrier circulation systems and assembly rotary tables, separation and press-in stations for printed circuit boards on final position, different assembly and riveting processes, motor assemblies, non-contact greasing, various camera inspections, automatic screwdriving stations, laser welding and DMC laser marking.
In our end-of-line test stations, your products are final tested fully automatically, electrically, mechanically and optically.
On request, we even integrate noise measurements and other dynamic measurement processes. All process data is recorded using modern, standardized SCADA software programs and IPC solutions or transmitted directly to the customer's higher-level software platforms.
