Full automated Maskproduction

We make an important contribution to corona prevention by manufacturing production lines for protective masks.
In cooperation with our partner company preccon robotics Bayreuth, we were commissioned to build six further production plants
of FFP2 masks including packaging units, commissioned by a German company.

With our production line manufactured in Kronach, Upper Franconia, FFP2 and FFP3 folding masks can be produced fully automatically with or without additional filters in accordance with DIN EN-149. The systems are CE certified, have an output of up to 60 masks per minute depending on the material and a high technical system availability of ≥ 90 %. By integrating a packaging line, the masks can also be individually bagged, labelled and stacked in boxes, providing our customers with a complete solution.

Furthermore, we also supply production facilities for surgical masks of type I and type IIR according to DIN EN 14683:2019 DE - Medical face masks.

In combination with the production line, we also arrange contacts with manufacturers of filter materials and nonwovens, which are necessary for the production of high-quality certified masks.

KN95/FFP2-Mask

Our production lines produce KN95/FFP2 folding masks fully automatically. They consist, among other things, of roller feeding stations, nose bridge bending stations, feeding and welding stations for ear bands, mask folding stations and packaging stations.

The lines produce foldable masks with unsealed outer ears, which can consist of 4 or 6 layers.
The size of the mask is (for adults):
ca. 15,7 cm x 10,8 cm

The lines are very easy to operate, compatible, reliable and cost-effective. The manufactured masks can be used for medical purposes as well as in electronics, mining, construction, catering and other industries.

Our production line can also be designed for the production of FFP3 masks on request.
